CTG is looking for a presales consultant for the ITSM Unit.
The ideal candidate combines an impeccable commercial flair with the potential to encompass the entire CTG ITSM scope both from a process and organizational perspective (based on frameworks like ITIL and COBIT) and from a technical and tooling perspective (with a focus on HP, Microsoft and Omninet technologies).
Job description
You assist in sales situations where business requirements are translated in pragmatic and feasible ITSM solutions.
You assist in the design of complete solutions.
You are capable of assessing the required resources, budget and timing.
You prepare proposals and you will give high level presentations.
You act as consultant or project leader for the follow-up of projects at client premises.
You keep track of the ITSM market and you identify new business opportunities for CTG.
You participate in the development of a marketing strategy for ITSM Services.
You create and maintain a network of client relationships.
You organize and lead technical and marketing seminars and/or workshops.
You are continuously updating your knowledge our ITSM scope.
• You have more than 5 year experience in ITSM Projects.
• You have a commercial approach and can easily translate business requirements to testable solutions.
• You have already been involved in the process of writing proposals.
• You have experience in building a close professional relationship with the main decision-makers in an organization.
• You have experience with the ITSM scope and have been involved in ITSM projects.
• You have shown initiative to initiate or improve ITSM services and approaches.
• You have a creative mind and are a team player with a healthy sense of humor.
• You have experience in consultancy within an IT Services environment.
• You have excellent writing and presentation skills as you adapt easily to a diversified public.
• You have very good listening skills.
• You can clearly describe a problem and you are capable to reduce complex problems to an easily understandable presentation.
• You are capable of managing different sales opportunities at the same time.
• You have a sense for quality and detail.
• You are good trilingual: Dutch and English (written and spoken) and French (spoken).
