CTG Belgium, leader in IT related validation, is seeking for experienced Validation Specialists within Regulatory Compliance unit for the completion of its projects within Life Sciences market.
As Validation Specialist, you will have a decisive role in the activities of validation and compliance at our clients.
The activities are directed to a large extent on the execution of tasks in the area of validation/compliance and coming up with improvements and solutions to specific problems in your area of expertise at operational level.
In addition, the activities will also focus on quality control of IT procedures and processes and the follow-up of the resulting actions.
As Validation Specialist, you will work on your own based on experience and expertise.
You are responsible for the execution of validation activities such as validation planning, preparing user specifications and IQ-OQ-and PQ documentation, SOPs, etc.
You are able to compile training materials and provide training on topics that are in your area of expertise.
As a point of contact, you will advise CTG client and propose solutions to problems.
You will play a coaching role for Validation Engineers.
Based on your interests and skills, you can eventually grow to become Validation Consultant or Manager.
• At least 3 years experience in validation and compliance. And a sound knowledge in several of the following domains: CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, SOX, FDA, ISO, EFQM, Six Sigma;
• A graduate with Bachelor or Master degree;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques is an asset;
• You report quickly and accurately (oral and written) in EN, NL and/or FR;
• You are analytical by nature, set priorities quickly, and have the sense of planning and organisation;
• You utilise pragmatic approach and have an eye for detail;
• You are a team player who can also work independently;
• You are assertive but diplomatic and will always strive for win-win situations;
• You have a strong interest in IT environment;
• You place the client interest always as first priority;
• You are conversant with MS Office applications.
