Description
Your Mission in this challenging position:
- Help desk 1st line support
- Call handling, tracking, dispatching and escalation
- Understanding and resolution of incidents
- Monitoring critical system
- Production of monthly reports
- Working in week end mode
Profile
Technical skills:
- You have a diploma in ITC
- Knowledge and experience with IT system
- Experience in a helpdesk / support environment
- Knowledge of MS Office & related applications

Languages :
Good commands of english, dutch and french
Human skills:
- Willing to learn & develop quickly
- Dynamic
- Flexible & willing to adjust to different client environments
- Excellent communication skills
