CTG Belgium is looking for Experienced IT Support Engineers to strengthen our Support Team for projects in the regions Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent.
Our Support Team, a solution-focused group of highly skilled technicians, is active in classical ITIL support environments as well as in DevOps oriented teams.

Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you handle incoming calls, tickets and mails, prioritize and resolve the incidents carefully and efficiently, both remote and onsite.
You register the incidents and requests in Service Management Tools, use the customer's processes and industry standards to resolve the issues, find root causes for problems, fulfill customers’ requests and perform stock and asset management tasks.
You will be involved in digital transformation, migration and other IT related projects.
Profile
You are passionate about IT, customer focussed and eager to provide qualitative solutions for our customers. You handle the requests in a smooth and formal manner, both spoken and in writing.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, staging laptops, desktops, smartphones (iOS/Android) is a must.
You have a good knowledge of Windows Client/Server OS (including Windows Virtual Desktop/VDI), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, MS Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, MS Intune, Virtualization, …
Experience with service management tools such as JIRA Service Desk, ServiceNow or OMNITRACKER is an asset.
Knowledge of MacOS, Linux, PowerShell or other scripting languages is a plus.
Being ITIL Foundation certified is a plus.
Fluent communication skills in English, Dutch/French are a prerequisite.
