Lead Consultant - Implementation architect

CTG is looking for a Lead Consultant (Implementation Architect) focusing on Application Development.

You’ll work in our Application Solutions department where we build modern web & mobile applications and deliver cloud, (scaled) Agile and DevOps services to our customers.

You’ll work from our Delivery Centre in Diegem and from various customer locations.

Job description

Within our Application Solutions department, you’ll take on a leading role in our development team and work closely with our Solution Architects.

For client related development projects, you’ll work primarily as a senior developer or architect and execute technical, architectural and advisory roles.

You show thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations and speaker engagements.

Supporting talent management through recruitment, training and retention of the consultants in your solution area will be part of your responsibility.

Commercially you provide subject-matter expertise to support sales pursuits, opportunity responses, proposal development and marketing initiatives.

Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience working with Application Solutions focused on web and mobile development (Angular, node.js or other javascript frameworks, Python, …).

Agile techniques (Scrum, SAFe, …) are second nature to you.

Being familiar with Cloud solutions (Azure or other cloud computing services) and DevOps (Continuous Integration and Delivery, Docker, Kubernetes, …) would be an added value.

You’re a seasoned technical coach and visionary in this area with the natural ability to inspire a technical as well as a non-technical audience.

You communicate fluently in English and Dutch or French.
