CTG IT Solutions is currently looking for an Application Architect to strengthen our teams in the European Commission in Brussels.

YOUR MISSIONS

• You develop business applications in a team of motivated professionals, using technologies such as the SpringMVC and the Java/Oracle stack
• You design and develop software including the integration with external (corporate) applications
• You continuously improve the functioning of the developed products
• You automate software integration and delivery
• You prepare documentation for other programmers, users and support personnel.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Master degree or an equivalent degree
• You have at least 9 years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have a proven experience in analyzing and writing modular JAVA applications, and creating REST web services for database centric applications
• You are familiar with the following technologies : Java 8/J2EE, Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript and JS libraries
• You have a strong knowledge of WebServices, JMS, Spring 4 framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Batch, etc…), as well as application servers such as Weblogic
• You have already worked with DevOps, Maven, Jenkins and Docker
• You are familiar with Object Oriented Design, including design patterns
• You are passionate about development
• You are fluent in English and you are recognized for your good communication skills
