CTG UK is recruiting for a Business Consultant/Analyst to join our organisation and work on exciting government related assignments. The main responsibilities of the role will be business analysis and process definition and improvement, solution definition and requirement management.
Key duties include: You will Identify and conceptualise future requirements in close collaboration with clients and other stakeholders. Evaluate the impact of changes in relevant legislation, government standards, regulation and industry trends. Design business solutions which could comprise both system functional changes and/or improvements to business processes, policies and procedures and perform pre-sales duties for new client opportunities.
Successful applicants must have first class communication/interpersonal skills with a mind-set of putting the clients interest as first priority. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience of requirements gathering and elicitation. Solid exposure to process mapping, business change management, stakeholder engagement and knowledge of working in an Agile/Scrum based environment.
Previous experience in two or more areas are key: Law enforcement, security sensitive environments, regulatory compliance, process automation, data storage and analysis. Communications data retention and Lawful Data Disclosure across the Telecommunications and Law Enforcement Communities. Team leadership and project management experience, e.g. Prince 2 is highly desirable.”
