Working remotely on assignment for our Central Government client you will be responsible for:
Stakeholder Management; own relationships with Law Enforcement Agencies and prepare these organisations for the implementation of a key project.
Change Readiness; deliver Change Impact Assessments, ownership of mitigating actions through to development of project Implementation Plans for organisations.
Change Adoption; plan and own deployment and transition activities including processes for going live and post go live support. To also include benefits realisation.
We are seeking someone who can think strategically at Programme level to develop wider change strategies as well as someone with practical delivery experience to own delivery of capabilities. Experience in HMG, specifically in the Policing and/or wider Law Enforcement community is required. SC Clearance or DV clearance required, which we sponsor.
