CTG IT Solutions is currently hiring a IT Support Specialist to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.

Your missions

• You take part in Hardware reparation
• You log, categorize, diagnose, prioritize and resolve incidents
• You escalate incidents when necessary
• You ensure good communication throughout the incident resolution lifecycle
• You install and test Images for distribution via SCCM
• You prepare laptop and desktops for users via SCCM
• You send and schedule software for remote installation via SCCM
• You provide IT support to end-users: Office and internal applications;
• You give advice regarding the acquisition of IT equipment;
• You troubleshoot Hardware and Software;
• Your write IT information mails for end users, guides and documentation ;
• You test in-house software and new Images

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor degree or an equivalent diploma in IT
• You speak and write English and French (B2 level, according to CEFR)
• You have a previous experience in a similar position and are familiar Windows 7/10, MS Office and SCCM
• You are recognized for your excellent communication skills, your customer orientation and your diplomacy.
