CTG Luxembourg "National Winner" in The Workplace and People Development Award at the European Business Awards event

The quality of CTG Luxembourg’s Human Resources has been recognised at the European Business Awards

Luxembourg, 6 March 2018 CTG Luxembourg was ranked among the five “National Winners” for Luxembourg on Thursday evening at the European Business Awards event. The company came top in the “Workplace and People Development” category, which highlights the quality of its human resources management.

CTG Luxembourg was singled out as the best firm in the “Workplace and People Development” category among 23 Luxembourg competitors in Brussels on Thursday evening.

CTG Luxembourg was chosen by a panel of independent judges, which included leaders from the business world, politicians, and representatives of the academic sector.

As the winner in its category, CTG Luxembourg will therefore be in the running to win the top “Workplace and People Development” award at the European Business Awards final event in Warsaw on 23 May.

Top Human Resources

The “Workplace and People Development” category highlights the quality of human resources and their management at a company: This award is given to a company:

  • that proves that its human resources are genuinely in line with the organisation’s goals every day;
  • that has implemented a global strategy aimed at improving its organisational performance by investing in hiring, skills development, and motivating every employee.
  • by celebrating the success of individuals or organisations thanks to these awards;
  • by inspiring other firms via the companies that have been recognised;
  • by encouraging discussions on certain crucial topics for business in Europe.

Accordingly, by receiving this award, CTG Luxembourg stands out in the Luxembourg corporate landscape due to the quality of its human resources management. This specific feature has a significant impact on the quality of its day-to-day work and of its service to customers.

What are the European Business Awards?

2018 marks the 11th European Business Awards event to date. The first aim of this competition is to support the development of a stronger business community throughout the whole of Europe. This aim is achieved in three different ways:

33,000 firms in 34 different companies took part in the event in 2017.

This is the largest European competition of its kind.
