Our IT Service Management (ITSM) team designs, implements, manages, optimizes and supports our clients’ IT platforms and infrastructure, either on-site or in the cloud. We deliver our expertise through packaged solutions such as an outsourced infrastructure, an application performance management solution and an ITSM process automation solution. In all our projects, we aim at increasing the reliability of our clients’ IT systems.
