- Your perform user guidance and support regarding the use of information systems and ICT tools
- You follow-up incidents related to information systems
- You follow-up user requests and bug reports
- You contribute to improve the wiki
- You are able to speak and write fluently at least English and French
- You have a previous experience in a similar position
- You have good IT support skills such as a good knowledge of MS Office applications
- You are a team player and a self-starter, who likes to work in multi-lingual environments
