We are currently hiring a Service Desk Team Leader for our office.
MANAGING THE DAILY OPERATIONAL
- Being an active member of strategy decision
- Having a strong feeling for technical contents and business impact of projects
- Being responsible for phone switchboard
- Organizing resources assignation
- Managing crisis situation
- Managing DRP situation
- Validating timesheets
- Planning validation
- Ensuring respect of working rules (punctuality, hygiene, clean desk policy, respect…)
- Providing professional positive or negative feedback to agents (motivation & discipline)
- Conflict management
- Preparing and managing the review's teams
- Following the career of the members of team
- Acting as a point of contact for your team
- Taking part in salary increase decision
- Escalating information to different interlocutors
- Facilitating communication process within the service desk
- IT and/or Finance education
- Excellent communication skills
- Stress tolerance
- Ability to work in autonomy
- Ability to follow up on incidents and to set priorities
