CTG IT Solutions is the CTG’s subsidiary exclusively dedicated to European Institutions. More than 100 colleagues are working within multicultural teams in Luxembourg, Brussels, Strasbourg and London.

CTG IT Solutions is currently growing as a result of the signature of several new contracts with prestigious EU Institutions. We are looking for a Support Manager to strengthen our team.

Your Missions

• You organize, implement and maintain IT Support operations
• You follow-up on service quality
• You provide user guidance for the use of systems and equipment
• You manage IT and video conference incidents
• You configure the environments used (desktop, laptop or mobile)
• You conceive and provide IT trainings
• You liaise with other project teams

Your PRofile

• You hold a Master’s degree or an equivalent diploma in IT
• You have a minimum of 9 years of experience
• You have excellent knowledge of ITIL procedures, ideally proven by certification
• You speak and write English and French (B2 level, according to CEFR)
• You have a previous experience in a similar position
• You are recognized for your excellent communication skills, your customer orientation and your diplomacy
