Ingénieur Automatisation Windows (OAE)

As part of a migration to Windows 11 and the ongoing evolution of the IT infrastructure of the client, we are looking for an experienced and development-oriented PowerShell specialist to manage, maintain, and improve our automation environment.

You will join a dynamic technical team and take a central role in reviewing, adapting, and enhancing the PowerShell scripts and modules used by our IT teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and refactor existing PowerShell scripts with a focus on quality and maintainability.
• Source management (version control, documentation, structure).
• Update and manage internal PowerShell modules used by the IT team.
• Administer login scripts for all workstations.
• Manage scheduled tasks on dedicated servers.
• Collect, centralize, and correlate data from various sources: logs, SQL Server databases, Active Directory.
• Migrate and adapt existing Windows 10 automation to ensure full compatibility with Windows 11.
• In the medium term: contribute to the evolution of our hybrid Cloud/On-Premise environment, building upon the current tooling but requiring further adaptation than the current migration.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level PowerShell scripting skills, with a modular and maintainable approach.
• Ability to query SQL Server using PowerShell (without GUI tools).
• Ability to query Active Directory via ADSI (no AD module available on workstations).
• Solid experience in log management and data consolidation from various formats.
• Strong knowledge of WMI/CIM for querying the Windows instrumentation layer.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Deep familiarity with Windows internals: registry, .NET framework, services, and permissions.
• Fluent in French & English (C level mandatory)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with large-scale Windows migration projects.
• Knowledge of hybrid Cloud/On-Premise environments (Azure, Intune, etc.).
• Strong attention to optimization, clear documentation practices, and ability to work independently on complex technical topics.
