Project Officer (SAC)

We are looking for an experienced Project Officer (SAC) in order to join our team in a prestigious European institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate submitted IT ideas and requests from business units and IT teams to ensure compliance with RBB (Reuse Before Buy/Build) policies, and alignment with strategic objectives and existing capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing internal software assets to optimize resources and reduce duplication of solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement and updating of RBB policies and IT demand management processes, in line with continuous improvement principles and new strategic guidelines issued by senior management.
• Participate in the transition to a new IT demand management model, supporting stakeholders in understanding and adopting new practices.
• Organize and prepare activities related to the presentation of RBB results within the Agile IT Portfolio (AITP), including data collection and reporting preparation.
• Set up and maintain a structured document storage system to ensure accessibility, traceability, and proper archiving of deliverables related to the Investment Panel.
• Establish cooperation with other governance board secretariats (e.g., architecture, security) to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to software asset reuse and IT investment optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of IT processes and project portfolio management
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT governance policies (RBB, ITIL, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and document management systems
• Master degree (IT, economics, law, similar) + 3 years of experience in related field OR Bachelor degree (IT, economics, law, similar) + 5 years of experience in related field
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
