Wave Manager

CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an Wave Manager.

Your Missions

• Lead the end-to-end planning and management of assigned iNM delivery waves.
• Define scope, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and resources in coordination with programme leads and technical teams.
• Act as the central point of coordination across engineering, testing, operations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies; implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure proper governance, reporting, and documentation in line with programme standards.
• Coordinate acceptance activities, readiness reviews, and handover to operations.
• Ensure stakeholder communication and alignment, including NM operations, airlines, ANSPs, and industry partners.
• Support continuous improvement of programme and delivery management processes.

Your profile

• Strong programme / project management background (Prince2, PMI, or equivalent).
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder IT/ATM programmes.
• Understanding of ATM concepts and the Network Manager role is an asset.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills, able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, comfortable in an international environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage risks and issues proactively.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French an asset.
