CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Service Manager to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.
Your Missions
You help on subjects such as service definition, follow-up of managed service, and overall service coordination
You ensure user satisfaction by implementing necessary communication with the client and end users
You are in charge of the capacity management
Youassist technical meetings and make the follow up with the service provider
You help technical teams to reach their targets
You plan, execute and deliver support projects
You elaborate the resource planning, follow-up of staff activities
You evaluate risk and provide problem analysis
You create reports
Your profile
You have minimum 6 years of professional experience in a similar position
You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
You have a fluent level in French and English
You are certified in ITIL 4
You are processes oriented
You have solid documentation skills
You are pro-active, stress resistant, and have great communication skills (writing & speaking)
You are rigorous with excellent analytical and organizational skills
