Warehouse Operator

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role as a stock coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality control of incoming IT material.

Your Mission:

• Assist in the logistical process of order follow-up and receipt
• Ensures the safe and efficient receipt of ordered goods as well as their correct storage in appropriate warehouses
• Ensures that received good are well inventoried in appropriate databases and labelled when necessary
• Regular physical stock inventory under its responsibility
• Daily warehouse management, keep a good level of storage and cleanliness
• Manage height storage
• Ensures quality control of incoming IT material versus orders
• Maintain correct inventory levels for EP products
• Develop basic reports on activities done

Your Profile:

• 5 years of relevant experience in the IT logistic sector
• Experience confirmed in the use of SAP
• Fluent in English and French both written and oral
• ITILV4 foundation certified or can be obtained within 3 months after the start
• Ability to write procedures applied for the stock management in place
• Able to coordinate a team on inventory activities
