Junior Product Owner (M/F/X)

CTG PSF is an IT Services Company dedicated to various clients mainly in the financial sector.

 We are currently hiring a Junior Product Owner (M/F/X) for one of our customer.

Our client, a leading bank, is currently advancing its digital capabilities with a focus on e-banking, e-signatures, mobile applications, and process digitalization. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a motivated Junior Product Owner (M/F/X) to assist the Product Owner (PO) in delivering the bank’s digital roadmap.

Your missions

• Supporting the Product Owner in prioritizing requirements.

• Administering agile tools.
• Providing project support to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyzing current (as-is) business processes and defining optimized (to-be) processes.
• Collaborating with business units to update operating procedures.
• Developing training materials and organizing training sessions.
• Tracking and following up on task statuses to ensure timely delivery.
• Performing other ad hoc tasks required for the success of digital initiatives.
  
  
  

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor / master’s degree in IT Management,
• Strong documentation and organizational skills,
• Experience with e-signature solutions and digital banking tools is a plus,
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint,
• You are proactive and detail-oriented,
• Familiarity with core banking or CRM applications is advantageous,
• You are fluent in English, French or German is a real asset.
