We are looking for a CallDesk Agent (M/W) ready to join this talented team.
Your missions
Here are the missions that are waiting for you!
In charge of user support: you are the first point of contact for users.
You manage inbound phone callsand handle the various e-mails by following the procedures.
You are in charge of encoding and resolving ticketsin the tracking software.
You dispatch the ticketsto the expert teams if necessary.
You are able to respect the contractual call deadlines.
Your profile
You are fluent in French, Luxembourgish, German and English.
You are able to use a computer as well as the usual office tools such as Microsoft
No IT experience required! We are looking for people with real soft skills: you are client oriented with a good relational, communication and empathy.
Knowledge of ticketing toolsis a real asset.
You are a real team player and you appreciate working in an international environment.
