Business Analyst (Luxembourg)

CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an Business Analyst to join a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.

Your Missions

• Collect and prioritize business requirements together with the business owner for the digitalization and streamlining of disbursement processes
• Design the target IT solutions for the integration of the new processes in the existing IT landscape 
• Define product backlog items/user story writing 
• Act as liaison between business and the different IT teams involved in the project
• Provide support during development, testing and to end users.

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science  or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst/functional analyst
• Experience with requirements definition in agile projects
• Good collaboration skills with distributed, multi-cultural teams
• Experience in banking environment considered a plus
