Business Analyst (OAE)

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with CTG IT Solutions? We are seeking a Business Analyst (Freelancer only) to join our team, for a project of 6 months, working alongside a prestigious European Institution based in Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
• Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements for IT projects
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams
• Participate in solution design workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and maintain business process models, use cases and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
• Work closely with decision makers to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Perform quality assurance testing and identify potential issues with existing and newly developed solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role
• Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements
• Excellent understanding of system development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
• FRA & ENG (Fluent), or only ENG if the candidate speak an other EU language
