CTG IT Solutions, a leading IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions, is currently seeking a talented Logistic & Planning consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Inventory Management

• Assist in logistics processes related to order follow-up and receipt.
• Manage physical inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels across three main sites.
• Perform stock balancing to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct quality control of incoming IT materials, ensuring alignment with purchase orders.

Planning & Coordination

• Plan and create work orders for field technicians with diverse technical skills.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and workload planning.
• Provide expert assistance in mid- and long-term planning, considering various constraints.
• Analyze user requests in the domain of Requests for Change (RFC).

Technical Skills & Analysis

• Utilize advanced MS Office skills, including automation tools such as VBA, macros, and scripting.
• Analyze and respond to complex user requests.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT consumer market products.
• Develop basic operational reports and contribute to procedure drafting.

Team Management & Supervision

• Act as a planning and stock coordinator.
• Oversee small-scale work projects and ensure their successful execution.
• Foster teamwork by leading and animating site-based teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced automation capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills for workload planning and request evaluation.
• Capacity to manage complex logistics and planning processes effectively.
• Experience of 5 years in a similar role.

Organizational Abilities

• Strong ability to organize and optimize delivery schedules.
• Adept at balancing short-, mid-, and long-term planning objectives.

Communication & Language

• Fluent in both English and French (written and oral).
• Effective communicator capable of liaising with diverse technical teams.

Management Skills

• Experience in developing operational procedures and activity reports.
• Proven ability to supervise small projects and coordinate stock across multiple locations.
