IT Service Manager

CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an IT Service Manager to join a prestigious European Institution in Brussels.

Your Missions

• Continuous improvement of the IT support services quality with a specific focus on user friendliness.
• Ensure the User support services are aligned to the business/customer needs.
• Monitor the service health, drive corrective actions as required
• Use performance indicators; feedback from users in surveys; complains; input form peers; review of tickets; and the market, in order to identify end user IT services improvement opportunities.
• Drive and implement the identified service improvements.
• Participate and contribute to related projects
• Provide content for the end user documentation for the services in his/her scope.
• Regularly review available documentation and produce and improve end user documentation (service description, user guides, FAQ, quick guides, web pages, etc)
• Prepare and deliver regular service review reports and service review meetings to relevant stakeholders, take ownership of corrective actions.

Your profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Service Management
• minimum of one year of relevant experience in IT services managed in
  accordance with the industry standard ITIL framework
• Resilient, ability to identify challenges and propose improvements in the processes.
• Activities tracking against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports.
• Quick understanding of business needs and user expectations.
• Time management and problem management
• Highly analytical and able to solve problems
• Good knowledge of the Business processes
• Knowledge and experience of broad range of IT services in a corporate
  environment
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certified is a bonus
